Property Viewings

Rental Considerations

  • Properties adhere to Repairing Standards.
  • Thoroughly inspect the property before committing with a deposit.
  • Inventory Report carried out at the start of the agreement.

Deposit Handling

  • Pay a reservation deposit after a satisfactory viewing.
  • Holding deposit contributes to the full deposit upon approval.
  • Any deposit paid will be held by an approved deposit scheme.

Documentation Process

  • Submit a completed Tenancy Application Form, photographic ID, proof of address, proof of contents insurance, and a reference.
  • Guarantors sign a Guarantee Agreement if required.

Completion

  • Receive a copy of the Agreement, relevant documentation, and keys upon completing paperwork, guarantees, and fund transfers.
