Deposit Handling
- Pay a reservation deposit after a satisfactory viewing.
- Holding deposit contributes to the full deposit upon approval.
- Any deposit paid will be held by an approved deposit scheme.
Documentation Process
- Submit a completed Tenancy Application Form, photographic ID, proof of address, proof of contents insurance, and a reference.
- Guarantors sign a Guarantee Agreement if required.
Completion
- Receive a copy of the Agreement, relevant documentation, and keys upon completing paperwork, guarantees, and fund transfers.
